All mechanical, electrical and plumbing sheets should bear the original seal and signature of a Professional Engineer, NOT the architect. Show occupant loads based on current editions of BOCA and NFPA Life Safety. Provide electrical panel schedule and mechanical CFM, inside/outside air schedules.
